Results depend on factors outside our control, including your business model, offer, sales process, and market conditions.
User Responsibilities
You agree that:
All information provided is accurate and complete
You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
You are responsible for how you use our systems
You are solely responsible for compliance with:
TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act)
CAN-SPAM Act
GDPR or other applicable data laws

SaaS Subscription Terms
6.1 Billing
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)

Delays caused by the client do not qualify for refunds or extended timelines.
Affiliate Program Terms
If you participate as an affiliate:
Commissions are paid based on valid referred customers
Self-referrals or fraudulent activity are prohibited
We reserve the right to modify commission structures
Payout schedules are determined by the Company
We may terminate affiliate access at any time for violations.
Agency / Reseller Terms
If you resell or white label our services:
You are responsible for your end clients
You may not misrepresent our services
You must comply with all applicable laws
We are not liable for disputes between you and your clients.
Intellectual Property
All content, systems, automations, and materials are owned by Client Connect AI.
You may not:
Copy, reproduce, or resell systems
Reverse engineer or duplicate workflows
